When the pandemic reached Sweden in early March, the Royal Institute of Art’s graduation exhibitions joined the same fate as virtually all other activities that required people to gather and meet. Most were cancelled, postponed or reconfigured into the online sphere. However, thanks to close cooperation with the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts, at the end of the summer the Royal Institute was able to let its students meet their audience – and their critics. Read further about reviews and reactions here. Between August 29 and September 27, hundreds of visitors booked an in many ways unique art experience, one that we now want to share.
